Come listen to our prestigious faculty member, Professor Adas reflect upon his current work on soldiers' accounts of trench warfare on the Western Front and in Vietnam and the effect of their trauma on the decline of great power in the 20th century.  This program is open to all students and the entire Rutgers community.

Relationships in Life After College: What You Really Want, and How You Get It?
Take time to think about what your personal life will look like in the future: Do you want a partner? Kids? What are the other options? Is staying single ok? Is there really one soul-mate out there? Does your family seem more anxious about your future relationships than you are?
A panel of people pursuing different types of personal life options will share their experiences and invite your questions and stories. Discuss your dreams, doubts and pressures with the panel and with your peers.

Spend a summer abroad, come back a new person.  These programs are adventures in the making!  Tough the rigors of an outdoor dig, pick up Swahili, or learn about wildlife conservation & ecology in Kenya.  Volunteer at local schools in Costa Rica.  Explore real-life marine ecology and conservation issues in the Cayman Islands.  Deepen your language skills in Spain, Italy, Peru, Germany, Morocco, or China.  Discover France through art history or language courses in Paris, or through European or Medieval Studies in Tours.  Be sure to take advantage of studying History and Classics in Greece or be a part of an Art History program in Rome.
